There's this common misconception that you need heavy weights to build muscle, but I've been doing bodyweight workout at home for years and have seen significant muscle growth.
What's your experience with bodyweight exercises for muscle building? I'm talking about push-ups, pull-ups, dips, squats, lunges - the basics. How do you progress when bodyweight becomes too easy?
I think the key to home workout for muscle gain is progressive overload, even without weights. You can increase reps, decrease rest time, or make exercises more challenging with variations. But I'd love to hear what's worked for others.
