I love the idea of morning reading habits but struggle to fit it into my already packed morning routine for busy professionals. The benefits for focus and knowledge acquisition are clear, but finding the time is challenging.
I've experimented with different approaches: 10 minutes of reading with my morning coffee, audiobooks during my morning exercise routine, or even just reading one article related to my field. Each has pros and cons for morning routine productivity.
What morning reading habits have you successfully integrated? Do you focus on fiction, nonfiction, news, or something else? And how do you make it a consistent part of your daily morning habits?
