I'm working with clients on developing morning routine for weight loss approaches that actually last beyond the initial motivation phase. The key seems to be integrating healthy breakfast habits with other morning rituals for success.
Most people focus only on the exercise component, but I've found that morning hydration routine (starting with 16oz of water), followed by protein-focused breakfast, and then movement creates the best foundation. This morning routine for energy also helps prevent afternoon cravings.
What elements have you found most effective in a morning routine for weight loss? And how do you balance this with needing a productive morning routine for work or other responsibilities?
