After dealing with anxiety for years, I've developed a morning routine for anxiety that's been life-changing. It combines several morning habits for mental health that work synergistically.
The core of my approach includes morning gratitude practice (writing down three things), followed by 10 minutes of meditation, and then some form of gentle movement. This morning routine for better sleep has also improved my sleep quality dramatically, which then creates a positive feedback loop.
