I've joined several regular multiplayer groups that started strong but eventually became inactive. What strategies work best for maintaining activity in regular gaming sessions? Is it about having strict schedules, or is flexibility better? How do successful active gaming crews keep members engaged over time? I'm particularly interested in how to handle the natural ebb and flow of member availability. Should clans have minimum participation requirements? What about using clan recruitment tools to constantly bring in new blood? I want to build or join a regular gaming clan that actually stays active, not just for a month or two.
