I'm setting up a new clan and I want to create a good application process. What are the best practices for gaming community applications in 2025? I want to screen members effectively but not make the process so difficult that good people don't apply. What information should I ask for? Should I require tryouts or is that too much for casual clans? I'm trying to build active gaming crews that have good chemistry, not just random collections of players. Also, what clan recruitment tools have good application features built in? I've seen some gaming community platforms with application systems, but I'm not sure which ones work best. Any advice from people who have managed successful gaming community applications would be really helpful.
