From my experience running clans, I've noticed that clans with regular gaming sessions tend to last longer and have better member retention. But I'm curious what others think - how important are regular gaming sessions for keeping a clan active and successful? I'm trying to build a regular gaming clan that meets consistently, but scheduling is always a challenge. Do most successful clans have set schedules, or is it more flexible? What's the minimum frequency for sessions to keep members engaged? I'd love to hear from both clan leaders and members about what works best for maintaining active gaming teams. Also, how do you handle time zone differences when trying to establish regular multiplayer groups?
