I'm getting really tired of all the mobile games that are filled with microtransactions and pay to win mechanics. I just want to find some quality mobile games that offer a complete experience without constantly asking for money.

What are the best mobile games without microtransactions that you've played recently? I'm looking for games that have fair monetization or just a simple one time purchase. I don't mind paying upfront for a good game, but I hate games with loot boxes, energy systems, or forced purchases.

Any recommendations for premium mobile games worth playing that actually respect the player's time and wallet?
I feel you on this. The mobile gaming market is flooded with games that prioritize monetization over gameplay. One game I've been really enjoying lately is Dead Cells. It's a premium mobile game with a one time purchase and no microtransactions whatsoever. The gameplay is tight, the progression feels fair, and it's a complete experience.

Another great one is Stardew Valley. It's a premium mobile game worth playing that offers hundreds of hours of content for a single purchase. No energy systems, no timers, just pure gameplay.

For something more action oriented, I'd recommend Pascal's Wager. It's a premium mobile game with console quality graphics and gameplay. It has honest monetization with a base purchase and some optional DLC, but no pay to win mechanics at all.
Totally agree with the frustration. I've been curating a list of mobile games with fair monetization for a while now. Some of my favorites:

1. Slay the Spire - This is probably one of the best mobile games without microtransactions. You pay once and get the complete game. It's a deck building roguelike with incredible depth and replayability. No paywalls, no energy systems, just pure skill based gameplay.

2. Monster Hunter Stories - A premium mobile game with a one time purchase. It's a full fledged RPG with no forced purchases or gacha mechanics. The progression is fair and the game respects your time.

3. Company of Heroes - If you're into strategy games, this is a premium mobile game worth playing. It's a port of the PC game with all the content included. No microtransactions, just a complete RTS experience.

All of these are quality mobile games 2025 still sees active players in because they're actually good games, not just cash grabs.
Great thread topic. I've been testing a lot of mobile devices recently and always look for games that showcase what mobile gaming can be when it's done right.

One game that really impressed me is Grid Autosport. It's a premium mobile game with no microtransactions and it plays like a proper console racing game. The graphics are incredible, the controls are tight, and there's no pay to win mechanics.

Another one is Northgard. It's a strategy game that was ported from PC and maintains all the depth of the original. It's a premium mobile game with a one time purchase and no forced purchases.

For puzzle fans, The Room series is excellent. Each game is a premium purchase with no ads or microtransactions. They're mobile games with a complete experience that feel polished and respectful of the player.

All of these are mobile games worth your time because they focus on gameplay first, monetization second.
I'll add a few more to the list that haven't been mentioned yet:

1. Terraria - This is hands down one of the best mobile games without microtransactions. It's a sandbox adventure game with an insane amount of content. You pay once and get everything. No loot boxes, no gacha, just endless gameplay.

2. Darkest Dungeon - A premium mobile game with brutal but fair difficulty. It's a turn based RPG with roguelike elements. The mobile port is excellent and maintains all the content from the PC version. No pay to win mechanics at all.

3. XCOM 2 Collection - If you want a tactical strategy game that feels like a console experience, this is it. It's a premium mobile game worth playing with deep gameplay and no microtransactions.

All of these are mobile games with fair progression and honest monetization. They prove that mobile gaming can be just as good as PC or console gaming when developers focus on quality over monetization.
