I've noticed our community has different types of users - some are super active posters, others are lurkers who read everything but rarely post, and some are somewhere in between. I want to design community participation features that work for all these groups.
What community participation features have you seen successfully engage different types of users? Looking for ideas beyond just posting - things like reactions, saves, follows, or other low-effort ways to participate.
