Holistic wellness approaches sound great in theory, but how do you actually implement them in daily life? I struggle with balancing all the different aspects nutrition, exercise, sleep, mental health, etc. What wellness improvement strategies have helped you create a cohesive approach rather than just a collection of separate habits? I want my healthy eating habits to support my mental health, my exercise to support my sleep, etc., but I need help making it all work together practically.
