Self-care practices get talked about a lot, but I'm curious which ones have actually made a significant difference in people's mental health. Beyond the basics, what self-care practices have you incorporated that have been truly transformative? I'm especially interested in depression management habits and mental health improvement tips that go beyond surface level. For me, learning to say no without guilt has been huge, but I'm looking for more ideas that support long-term mental wellbeing habits.
