I've been thinking about how gaming soundtrack emotional moments have changed as technology has advanced. From simple chiptunes to full orchestral scores, the way music enhances gaming experiences has come so far.

For me, the transition to CD quality audio in the PlayStation era was a game-changing moment in gaming for music. Suddenly we had actual recorded music that could swell and fade with the action. Another would be dynamic music systems in modern games like the Last of Us Part II, where the score reacts to your gameplay.
