Post-production can be a real bottleneck if not managed well. I'm looking for advice on streamlining my animation post-production workflow.
Currently, I handle compositing, sound design, and final rendering in separate stages, but I'm wondering if there's a more integrated approach. The biggest challenge is keeping everything organized when multiple people are working on different aspects.
What does your animation post-production workflow look like? How do you handle quality control and revisions during this phase? Any tips for managing the transition from animation to final delivery?
