I manage several large forums and rely heavily on forum analytics tools to make decisions about community management features and forum performance optimization.

But I'm wondering if others find these tools as useful as I do. What specific community platform features do you wish had better analytics?

Also, how do you balance data from forum analytics tools with qualitative feedback from user feedback systems? Sometimes the numbers tell one story while community sentiment tells another.
