I run several niche e-commerce stores and I've found that niche e-commerce marketing requires completely different approaches than general stores. The targeting is everything when you're serving a specific audience.

What marketing strategies have you found most effective for niche stores? I'm particularly interested in how to find and reach your specific target audience without wasting money on broad marketing.
For niche e-commerce marketing, understanding your audience is everything. Spend time in the online communities where they hang out. What problems do they talk about? What content do they share? This research will help you create marketing that actually resonates with them, rather than generic messages that get ignored.
Partnerships with other businesses in your niche can be incredibly effective. Look for complementary products or services that your target customers also use. For example, if you sell hiking boots, partner with a company that sells hiking backpacks. You can cross-promote to each other's audiences, which is basically free marketing to highly targeted potential customers.
Content tailored specifically to your niche performs much better than generic content. Create blog posts, videos, or social media content that addresses the specific interests and pain points of your niche audience. For example, if you sell vintage camera equipment, create content about film photography techniques, camera restoration tips, or interviews with vintage camera collectors.
