My SaaS company has reached about $50k in monthly recurring revenue, and I'm looking at different business scaling techniques to get to the next level.

I've read about so many approaches - some focus on aggressive marketing, others on product expansion, some on geographic expansion. I'm curious what business scaling techniques have actually worked for people here who have successfully scaled their businesses.

What specific strategies or business scaling techniques made the biggest difference when you were trying to grow from a small to medium sized company?
The business scaling techniques that worked best for my consulting firm were systematization and delegation.
