I'm specifically looking to build upper body strength chest, back, shoulders, arms using only bodyweight exercises. Most bodyweight workout for men routines I find online seem to focus more on legs or full body.

What are the best progressions for building a strong upper body with calisthenics? I'm already comfortable with regular pushups and can do about 20-25 in a row. Where should I go from here to continue building strength and muscle? Looking for a no equipment workout plan that really challenges the upper body.
For upper body focus with calisthenics, you need to address the vertical pushing and pulling planes. Most people only do horizontal pushing (pushups) and neglect vertical movements.

Add pike pushups or handstand pushup progressions for shoulders. For back, if you don't have a pull-up bar, get creative with towel rows or table rows. Also, don't forget about direct arm work. Tricep dips and close-grip pushups for triceps, and bodyweight curls using a towel for biceps.
From 20-25 regular pushups, progress to diamond pushups, then decline pushups, then archer pushups. Each progression increases the difficulty and continues to challenge your muscles.

For a complete bodyweight workout for men focusing on upper body, I recommend: pushup variations, pike/handstand pushup progressions, dips (if you have chairs), and rows (using a table or towel). Train each movement 2-3 times per week, focusing on quality reps in the 5-15 range.
