I've been reflecting on philosophy of purpose lately. What gives life meaning? Is it something we discover, or something we create?
Some people find purpose in relationships, others in work, others in creative expression or service to others. Some find it in religious or spiritual beliefs. Some struggle to find it at all.
This connects to questions about the meaning of life philosophy. If there's no inherent meaning to the universe, does that mean our lives are meaningless? Or does it mean we're free to create our own meaning?
I've noticed that my sense of purpose has changed over time. What felt meaningful in my twenties feels different now. Sometimes purpose feels clear, other times it feels elusive.
How do you all think about purpose in your lives? Have you found approaches that help when you're feeling lost or uncertain?
