This might be the most important skill for any creative person to develop. Receiving creative criticism without getting defensive or discouraged is really hard, but it's essential for artistic growth through feedback.

I've seen so many talented artists struggle with this. They either reject all feedback because it hurts too much, or they take every piece of criticism as gospel truth and lose their artistic voice.

What strategies have helped you develop a healthier relationship with receiving creative criticism? How do you learn to separate useful feedback from noise when you're getting feedback for creative projects?
