I've been thinking a lot about the different roles feedback plays in creative development. There's art mentor feedback from someone with more experience, and then there's peer feedback from people at a similar level.
Both are valuable, but they serve different purposes. Art mentor feedback tends to be more about guiding overall artistic growth through feedback, while peer feedback often helps with immediate creative work improvement tips.
What have you found most valuable about each type? Do you seek out different kinds of feedback at different stages of your creative projects?
