Our annual community festival has been struggling with community festival participation lately. Attendance has been declining, and we're not sure why. What strategies have you used to boost participation in similar events? I'm thinking about everything from marketing to programming to volunteer engagement. Also, how do you make festivals feel fresh year after year while maintaining traditions people love? Any advice on balancing familiar elements with new attractions to keep both regular attendees and new visitors interested?
