I've been to a few gaming conventions in the past but I want to make the most of my time and budget this year. With so many gaming conventions upcoming, I'm trying to figure out which ones are actually worth traveling for.
I'm looking for events where I can see major game announcements, try upcoming releases before anyone else, meet developers, and maybe catch some esports tournaments. The big ones like E3 have changed so much in recent years, and I'm wondering if there are newer or smaller gaming conventions upcoming that might offer better experiences.
What gaming conventions upcoming are you most excited about, and which ones would you recommend for someone who wants more than just walking around a convention hall?
