I’ve had this weird feeling of pressure in my ears for a few weeks now, like I’m on an airplane that never lands. It’s not really painful, just annoying, and it seems to get worse when I’m tired. I’m wondering if anyone else has dealt with something similar and what it turned out to be.
That ear pressure you feel sounds familiar to me after a day with a blocked nose It comes and goes with tiredness and feels like cabin pressure slowly building I notice a bit of fullness and sometimes a tiny ring in the ears Do you also have headaches or chest fullness sometimes
Honestly I would not jump to a big diagnosis yet Ear pressure can be tied to allergies and sinus stuff and even to jaw tension if you clench your teeth when tired
One person I know had ear pressure from a tube getting blocked which can happen with fatigue and allergies We tried gentle swallowing and yawning
That line about it getting worse when tired rings true for me when stress builds We hold tension in the jaw and neck and that can push on the ear Ear pressure often comes with it
Maybe the issue is not a mystery health problem but a signal about how you breathe sleep posture or noise exposure Ear pressure can show up in small ways and that does not mean something worse
For me it cleared up after I checked seasonal allergies and used a simple nasal rinse plus fluids The ear pressure faded
Curious if you notice ear pressure more in certain rooms or with air conditioning It could be environmental and not a big issue yet If you want I can help brainstorm simple non medical steps to test what helps
