So I’ve been dealing with this weird, dull ache in my lower back for a couple months now. It’s not bad enough to stop me from working, but it’s always there in the background, especially after sitting for a while. I’m just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience and what it turned out to be for them.
I've had something like that a dull lower back pain that stays with you after a long desk day It was annoying more than painful and I kept hoping it would go away but it lingered until I started moving more and changing positions
From a more analytical angle lower back pain that lasts months can come from posture muscle balance and daily load I tried a small routine with hip hinges and light planks and it helped more than endless stretches
At first I thought you meant something dramatic and scary but my back pain turned out to be just stiffness from sleeping wrong and a too soft mattress My lower back pain flared after a bad night
Maybe the framing is off with lower back pain The issue might be the ache or the expectation that it should be fixed quickly If you look at it as a signal about your daily rhythm you might see other patterns What if the frame itself is the problem?
A dull lower back pain for months could be nothing serious and could also just be muscle tension from daily habits I would not rush into big fixes but I would observe what changes when you move more or sit differently
Think of lower back pain as a message about total load not a single injury It could be the pattern of sitting standing and moving that adds up over time rather than a one cure moment
