So I’m trying to get the “Untouchable” trophy in the new game, and I just can’t seem to nail that final boss phase without taking a single hit. I’ve watched a few videos and the players make it look effortless, but every time I get to the spinning laser attack, I panic and mess up the dodge timing. What finally clicked for you when you were going for it?
I chased the Untouchable trophy for days and the panic in the last phase still hit hard. what finally helped was letting the moment breathe and thinking in small steps rather than perfect timing. I started reading the lasers as a rhythm and moved with it instead of fighting the pattern.
my brain changed the frame from timing to space body and rhythm. I practiced the phase with the laser attack on repeat but I stopped aiming for a flawless dodge and aimed for a safe window then a light read of the next cue. the idea of symmetry in boss patterns only helps if you let it be a melody not a drill.
honestly maybe the game wants you to fail a few times to prove you care about the run the Untouchable badge feels like a test of nerves more than just raw skill you can grind out by brute practice alone.
perhaps the key is not dodging the laser at all but knowing when to save your stamina for the closing moment and treating earlier mistakes as data not as proof you blew it.
panicking happens I once sprinted by mistake and paid for it later felt like a wake up call.
the frame around Untouchable invites a certain ritual of control yet the best versions sound almost casual like they are telling a story not a plan writing craft matters here too the way you frame the moment changes what you can do.
this is really about mastery as a tolerance for risk more than a clean run maybe you break the phase into micro goals and let the last section carry you through rather than forcing one perfect dodge.
