Running a small business, I'm always watching local employment trends closely. What I'm seeing lately are some really interesting shifts in community service sector trends and local manufacturing shifts.

The service sector seems to be growing but changing - we're seeing more hybrid roles that combine different skills. At the same time, some traditional local employment trends in manufacturing are shifting toward more specialized, higher-skilled positions when those jobs remain.

What's been surprising are the community economic changes in who's hiring. Smaller businesses are creating more jobs than some larger employers in my area, which is affecting community wealth distribution in interesting ways.

Anyone else noticing new patterns in local employment trends across different sectors?
