So I’ve been running my small service business for about three years now, and I’m hitting a weird point where I’m almost too busy to handle the work myself, but the idea of hiring my first employee completely terrifies me. I keep running the numbers and wondering if I can actually afford a full-time salary, or if I should just keep grinding alone and turn clients away. How did you know it was the right time to make that first hire?
