I track my business metrics closely and I've noticed something interesting about online reviews for credibility. When I get a new 5-star review, I don't always see an immediate sales bump.
But over time, having a strong review profile seems to help with establishing trust online. What's your experience with this? Do you think the quantity or quality of reviews matters more for small business reliability? And how do you encourage reviews without being annoying?
