I've been reading about cellular aging and the research on clearing out senescent cells. The idea of senolytic therapy is fascinating, but it also feels like it's moving from lab mice to wellness clinics incredibly fast. For something that's supposed to target a fundamental aging process, is there any way for a regular person to gauge if these treatments are legit or just speculative?
