I keep hearing about the benefits but my mind races the second I try to sit still. For those who actually stick with it, how did you make mindfulness meditation feel less like a chore?
I started tiny, 2 minutes, with a guided mindfulness meditation track. That anchor helped my brain stop sprinting and the session felt doable.
