Testing is always challenging with limited resources, so I'm interested in game development testing strategies that work for smaller teams. One strategy that's been effective is implementing automated testing for core systems early on.

Another testing strategy is involving community testers at appropriate stages. Getting fresh eyes on your game can uncover issues your team has become blind to.

I also believe in the value of playtesting sessions with clear objectives. Instead of just asking "is it fun," give testers specific things to look for in each session.
