Game dev team collaboration can make or break a project. I've worked on teams with amazing collaboration and others where communication completely broke down.

The most effective approach I've found for game dev team collaboration is establishing clear roles and responsibilities early. When everyone knows what they're responsible for, there's less confusion and overlap.

Regular sync meetings are also crucial, but they need to be structured properly. Daily standups that actually stay under 15 minutes can keep everyone aligned without wasting time.
