Where do you find dedicated players who fit a more mature, cooperative culture, and what should we highlight in our recruitment message to attract the right people?

Nice goal. Don’t rely on forum posts alone—build a little recruitment funnel: define your vibe, set a small trial night, and push in the right places (Reddit Destiny subs, Discord servers, in-game LFG).

Make an easy application path and a consistent schedule. A Discord server with raid prep and LFG channels, plus a one-week trial, helps separate seriously interested players from casual browsers.
