I'm a product manager at a small startup, and we're considering using a no-code development platform to build our internal project management dashboard and customer portal to save on engineering resources. I've tested a few platforms and can create basic workflows, but I'm concerned about scalability, data security, and vendor lock-in as we grow. How do you manage the transition when you eventually need custom features the platform can't support, and what due diligence did you do on data portability and API access before committing?
