I'm a product manager at an early-stage SaaS startup, and we're struggling to determine if we've truly achieved product market fit or if we're just experiencing a temporary spike from our latest marketing campaign. Our user growth is decent, but retention after the first 90 days is lower than we'd like, and we're getting mixed signals from customer interviews.
