I've suffered from chronic migraines for over a decade, and while my preventative medication helps, I still get debilitating attacks several times a month that my triptan rescue med sometimes can't fully abort. My neurologist has suggested adding a CGRP inhibitor, but I'm concerned about the cost and long-term side effects. For those with similar experiences, what non-pharmaceutical strategies have you found most effective for migraine management during an attack? I'm specifically interested in things like specific dietary triggers beyond the usual suspects, biofeedback techniques, or even certain types of gentle movement that might help when you're in that hypersensitive state.
