I've recently been tasked with managing the official online community for our B2B SaaS product, which currently consists of a somewhat inactive forum and a Discord server with a few power users. My goal is to increase engagement and make it a valuable resource for customer support and feedback, but I'm unsure how to spark consistent discussion beyond just announcing product updates. For experienced community managers, what strategies have you found most effective for nurturing a thriving, self-sustaining community, especially in the early stages, and how do you balance moderation with fostering organic conversation?
