I'm considering buying a new hybrid SUV, but I'm skeptical of the EPA fuel economy estimates, as my current car never achieves its advertised MPG in my mixed highway and city driving. I'd like to hear from actual owners about their real-world fuel economy, especially those who drive in areas with hills and moderate traffic like I do. For those with a recent model hybrid SUV, what average MPG are you consistently seeing on the dashboard, and how much does it drop in the winter or when using climate control aggressively?
