I just finished my second playthrough of Elden Ring and I'm looking for another open-world game with that same sense of deep exploration and discovery, where the world feels alive and rewards going off the beaten path. I've played Skyrim and The Witcher 3, but I'm not sure what to try next. What are some of the best open-world games from the last few years that focus less on map markers and more on organic, player-driven exploration and environmental storytelling?
