I'm designing a qualitative research study for my sociology thesis, exploring how remote work has impacted the sense of professional identity among early-career professionals. I plan to use semi-structured interviews, but I'm concerned about potential bias in my questioning and how to effectively code the data to identify emergent themes without imposing my own assumptions.
