I'm in my late thirties and finally taking my health seriously, aiming to build sustainable habits rather than following another restrictive diet or intense workout fad. My main goals are to have more consistent energy throughout the workday, improve my sleep quality, and manage stress without relying on caffeine. For those who have made a lasting shift towards healthier living, what were the most impactful small changes you implemented first, particularly regarding nutrition, daily movement, and evening routines, that created a foundation for bigger improvements later?
A question to tailor: do you have a typical wake time and work schedule? If you share, I can map out a 2-week starter plan with micro-habits attached to existing routines (commute, lunch break, etc.).
