As a primary care physician, I'm increasingly concerned about the number of my patients with uncontrolled hypertension despite being on multiple medications, and I suspect a significant contributor is the lack of effective lifestyle counseling during our brief appointments. I want to implement a more structured, evidence-based approach to non-pharmacological management in my practice.
