Our small but dedicated Destiny 2 clan is looking to recruit a few more active members for our weekly raid nights and endgame PvE content, but we're struggling to find the right fit. We're a chill group of adults who prioritize teamwork and having fun over being ultra-sweaty, but we do want players who are willing to learn mechanics and commit to a regular schedule. For other clan leaders, what platforms or methods have you found most effective for clan recruitment beyond just the official app, and how do you vet potential members to ensure they'll mesh with your existing group's culture before sending an invite? We've had issues with people joining and then going completely silent.
